Over 30,000 visitors attend the White House Egg Roll event. Lines were forming on 17th Street NW this morning and apparently the event lasted all day until 7pm. Vera and I observed from afar at lunchtime. She has connections--next year we are going to volunteer. Here is the
Washington Post's write-up about it. The 136th year of the event; the theme was "Hop into Healthy, Swing into Shape."
