Beautiful weather for an amazing event this weekend in Washington. The opening ceremonies were held on the grounds of the Washington Monument. The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, two-day route entails walking from the Washington Monument to Meadowbrook Park (Chevy Chase, MD) and then back to the monument--39 miles total. |
