Inauguration Run!

This is the only picture I was able to snag before something sucked all of the battery out of my iPhone.

This is a picture of the Memorial Bridge looking toward the Lincoln Memorial. It was closed and completely empty this morning. Beautiful.

There were not nearly the crowds that there were four years ago--much smaller security parameter and  many more cell towers.

OK, I haven't been so faithful in posting. My iPhone crashed while on vacation over Christmas with the nearest Apple store over an hour away. Then, I had a tooth emergency, leading to an extraction 12/31/2012, complications with dry socket, etc. Then it was a business trip to Boston... job interview...then my husband's birthday... and now tomorrow is the inauguration. I will definitely try to get some good pictures of that and post ASAP.

The weather here is sunny and in the 50s--gorgeous. Tomorrow won't be as warm.
