The day started out a bit chilly, 39-degrees; however, it warmed up to a beautiful 61 degrees this afternoon. The snow and ice are melting and signs of spring abound! Check out the empty Reflecting Pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial. It looks like they are working on repairs.
